#KIDMIN Resource Thursday- Kids Serving Kids, Creative Ministry Solutions, Let The Little Children Come

On Thursdays I will be highlighting 3 children’s ministry products that I have come across. These are not meant to be reviews, but rather highlighting what these resources offer. Here are this week’s resources:

Kids Serving Kids

234927Open kids’ eyes to the needs in their community and around the world, shape their hearts to mirror God’s heart of compassion, and inspire kids to courageously follow God’s call, with this fully resourced missions curriculum. Using key Bible verses and discussion, they’ll find answers to challenging questions like “How do I pray?”, “What can I give?”, “Where can I go?”, and “Who will I serve?”.

What better way to teach children about missions than through the real stories of other kids? Standard Publishing is proud to partner with Back2Back Ministries to support orphan care worldwide through this curriculum. Beth Guckenberger, author of Tales of the Not Forgotten, is the Executive Director of Back2Back Ministries, a non-profit, Christian organization dedicated to serving orphaned and impoverished children around the world. Since 1997 Back2Back has been providing “Care for Today. Hope for Tomorrow.” Their holistic plan is designed to meet each child’s needs so they might overcome their life circumstances and break free from the cycle of generational poverty.

Let The Little Children Come

LTLCC_Website_Revise_10162012_4Let The Little Children Come aims to provide effective child evangelism tools and resources. It is our hope that these tools and resources will help you in conveying the powerful gospel message to children.

Our child evangelism tools are more than just simple children’s tracts. Each product is designed to capture and hold the attention of children, while not distracting them from the core message of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Having said that, the fact remains that any gospel presentation tool is useless without the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. As you evangelize to children with these (or any other) tools, may we encourage you to commit your efforts to God. It is He who would minister to the hearts of your listeners.

Share the gospel in love and obedience, and leave the results to God.
